Reporting a player.

Do not waste your time trying to report someone when you do not have proof.
It is a waste of your time and ours. Witnesses are not excepted for reasons such as they
could be your friend and your just trying to get someone banned. Do not report someone if you are to loose
in a risk fight from them pjing or you think they cheated because you can't cheat
to make yourself hit higher.

Reasons to report a player: cussing, spamming, chair glitching, and hacking such as going invisible.
